I am going to be teaching a Christmas themed acrylic album class. My class will start November 21st at 11:00am EST. Just head over to ACOT and hit the Crop Forum. Here's is the supply list of items that I used for my class. And here are some sneak peeks for you to check out!
For my design team at Scrapadilly I got to work with the KaiserCraft Jade's Garden paper line. When I first show this line in the shop I thought it would be great for Fall layouts but after I got the Jade's Garden papers in the mail I decided to do something different with them. Don't get me wrong these papers would still be awesome with Fall photos but I wanted so see how they would work with some heritage photos. Guess what? They are perfect for heritage photos too! At least I think they are. LOL!
Here are the KaiserCraft papers I used on my layouts. Josie Jamie Jay Jasmyn
supplies used papers: KaiserCraft Jade's Garden (Josie, Jamie and Jasmyn) journaling paper: Prima flowers: Prima flower centers: Prima glitter: Stickles (copper) letter stickers: The Paper Studio pearl bling: Zva Creative
For these flowers I started with some plain Prima E Line brown flowers and layered two together. Then I outlined the edges with copper colored Stickles. After the Stickles dried I added a Prima flower center.
supplies used papers: KaiserCraft Jade's Garden (Josie, Jamie, Jay and Jasmyn) journaling paper: Prima glitter spray: Glimmer Mist (black gold) brad: Making Memories tiny alpha stickers: Making Memories (brown ledger) foam letters: American Crafts Thickers
To make this flower I cut out 4 different sized circles from the KaiserCraft papers. Then I crunched them up in my hands and then smoothed them out again. Next I sprayed them with the Black Gold Glimmer Mist. After they dried I put all the layers together and attached them to my layout with a brad.
I trully totally love bling! I love to buy. I love to collect it. I love to admire it. And I also love to use it on my layouts. For my CT Reveal at A Cherry On Top I got to work with some of the yummy new bling from Zva Creative. I was so excited to see that they now have pearl bling too. Here are the five layouts that I created for my reveal. Please check out my reveal article HERE for more tips!
