Photography A-Z Challenge (letter B)

It's time for the letter B in the Scrapadilly's Photography A-Z Challenge. For this assignment you had to take a picture of a boy or boys in action. Luck for me my son is one of my favorite subjects to photograph! Here's my sweet little guy bringing flowers to his mama.

My Little Hero

Both the journaling and photo is from Dec. 2007. After you read the journaling I think you will agree that I have one of the sweetest little guys!!

journaling reads:
Erik: "When I grow up I am going to be an army guy."
Mom: "Why do you want to join the army?"
Erik: "Because then I can save the world for you. I'm going to be a good guy."

Awesome Blossoms

Awesome Blossoms by BonBon are hand made tree-free paper flowers made from the bark of the mulberry tree. Once a year the bark peels from the tree and is then processed by hand into paper. Unlike conventional paper the tree does not have to be cut down and it regenerates another layer of bark within 12 months, making it a renewable natural resource that does not deplete the environment. These are some layouts and cards I created using the Awesome Blossoms!

ACOT American Crafts Reveal

For my Creative Team reveal at A Cherry On Top I got to work with the American Crafts Amlified line! I love the bright colors of this line and the different textures and finishes of the papers. Some of the papers even have a scalloped edge.

Here are two layouts that I created using the American Crafts Amlified line:
